💳 Our system only accepts credit card payments at the moment.
Then when adding your bank card, we carry out a payment simulation which can be visible as a temporary withdrawal of €0 or €1 depending on the bank. This allows us to verify the authenticity of your bank card.
🏦 In order to guarantee payment for the service, we make a pre-authorization request for payment at the start of each trip for an amount of €25 . This amount corresponds to a deposit which secures the loan of the bike for each rental. This can be visible on your account, its display depends on your bank (7 days maximum).
* This amount is not debited from your account (it will only be debited in the event of non-return to the station or damage to the bike); only the invoice for your journey will be debited . Some immediate debit cards (such as Visa Electron or Maestro) can block the entire amount for a certain period. Please consult the conditions of use of your payment card issued by your bank.
Finally, we use the services of Stripe Inc, a company specializing in securing online payments made by credit card. Payments are made via a secure and PCI-DSS certified payment interface.
